Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician in Strongsville, OH to perform general maintenance and repairs to keep facilities and equipment in top condition for customers and staff.

The role starts at $18/hour with a 40-hour week and may increase with experience. This on-site position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Apply to join a large mobility solutions company with global reach.

Qualifications

• One year or more of hands-on general building maintenance experience.
• Must have HS Diploma/GED.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routine general maintenance and repair work (light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet/floor cleaning, snow and ice removal).
• Complete work orders promptly from calls or preventive maintenance schedule.
• Perform duties of the company’s preventive maintenance program.
• Troubleshoot general problems.
• Move items as needed (furniture, file cabinets, etc.).
• Deliver office and building supplies.
• Install small appliances and equipment (pressure washers, air compressors).
• Work outside in all weather and temperatures in a typical office environment.

Overview

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Building Maintenance Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets. This position is also responsible for basic maintenance and organization to ensure that facilities and equipment are in good condition at all times for customers and employees.

The starting rate of pay is $18/hour based on a 40 hour work week. Hourly rate may increase based on expeirence.

This position is located at 8249 Mohawk Dr. Strongsville, OH 44136.

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch break).

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
