Job summary

The Building Maintenance Technician role at Enterprise Mobility is based at 4600 Mcauley Place, Cincinnati, OH, and serves multiple locations in the Cincinnati area as well as Dayton and Northern Kentucky. Responsibilities include general maintenance like painting, minor plumbing and electrical, equipment installation, groundskeeping, and custodial tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in general building maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, equipment/appliance repair, drywall repair and painting.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly due to heavy equipment.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Routine general maintenance and repair work such as light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet/floor cleaning, and snow and ice removal.
• Timely completion of work orders generated by call-in requests or preventive maintenance schedule.
• Perform duties of the company’s preventative maintenance program.
• Troubleshoot general problems.
• Move items as needed (i.e. furniture, file cabinets, boxes, artwork etc.).
• Delivery of office and building supplies.
• Small appliance and equipment installation (pressure washers, air compressors, etc…).
• Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
