Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in healthcare maintenance or similar environments is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance problems and identify effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily facility rounds to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and hazards.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and routine repairs.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.
• Respond to and prioritize daily maintenance work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, replacements, and materials used.
• Assist with fire safety systems and life safety documentation as required.
