Project FIND is seeking a Maintenance Worker under the Director of Facilities Maintenance to oversee the upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of the building and designated areas.

Key duties include flooring care, garbage removal, unit turnover, and minor repairs. The role requires HS diploma or GED and 2–4 years of maintenance experience, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors or indoors across local sites.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required and/or 2-4 years prior maintenance experience.
• Experience with tools, including hand and electrical devices.
• Experience working with floor machines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform moderate to heavy physical labor; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work may be indoors or outdoors; travel between local sites may be required.
• Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.

Mansioni

• Clean and maintain the building; sweep, mop floors, dust surfaces.
• Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed.
• Remove garbage and manage sanitation routines.
• Keep garbage rooms and dumpsters clean and sanitary.
• Clean sidewalks, planters, and exterior areas; use pressure washer.
• Turn over units and prepare them for move-in readiness.
• Dust, polish, and maintain lobby and common areas.
