Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Clearance required.
• Medical examination prior to start date and renewal every two years.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and accommodate disabilities if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of health and safety issues and act on discrepancies.
• Perform repairs and refurbishment to buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Carry out routine and complex preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, vehicles, and other tasks.
• Respond to trainings and follow supervisor guidance to complete assignments with code compliance.
