Creative Solutions in Healthcare - West is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe and well-maintained. The role emphasizes routine upkeep, minor repairs, and ensuring a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Ideal candidates will have experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, and emergency generators, plus a preventive maintenance mindset and strong teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers and dryers, and emergency generators.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.
• Clear communication and ability to work in a team.
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools.
• Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Report and respond to maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
