Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facility maintenance team, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence in a healthcare environment.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, and drive preventive maintenance programs across HVAC, boilers, water systems, and generators. This role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to safety procedures, and the ability to balance regulatory requirements with efficient facility

Qualifications

• Healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Understanding of HVAC, boilers, water, and emergency systems.
• Ability to implement and manage a preventive maintenance program.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in supply ordering and budgeting.
• HVAC experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations: hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Promote safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance program development and execution.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, and generators.
• Manage supplies and budget while adhering to financial guidelines.
• Coordinate work by external contractors.
• Maintain facility standards for safety and operations.
• Provide job-specific training and enforce safety procedures.
• Plan staffing according to census needs and labor budgets.
