Job summary

You’ll work with 5S principles, coordinate with third parties, and follow Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures while prioritizing high quality, timely maintenance in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Basic math skills including ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and facilities; carpentry and plumbing tasks as assigned.
• Operate mowing equipment and perform preventive maintenance on tools.
• Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures for safety.
• Coordinate with Team Leader/Manager for support needs.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; manage third-party repairs.
