Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Patching, painting, hardware repairs, and other repair work as required.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure safety compliance with OSHA, NFPA, Joint Commission and other agencies.
• Maintain Health and Safety binder requirements and logs.
• Respond to repair requests from staff, guests, and patients promptly.
• Assist with new equipment installations and facility upgrades as needed.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment and perform basic repairs.
• Keep walkways and grounds clear during inclement weather.
