Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance experience in facilities maintenance or construction.

• Any combination of experience/education that provides required knowledge and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction and maintenance equipment and power tools.
• Maintain hand tools and equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and city departments.
• Respond to inquiries and document tasks in the work order system.
• Perform snow removal and ice control as needed.
• Attend on-call shifts and long hours when required.
