The role requires a High School diploma or GED, and a valid NC driver’s license. On-call rotations include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• NC driver’s license with proof of insurance.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Complies with codes, regs, and safety directives.
• Performs daily repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Reviews work orders and estimates time/materials.
• Assists with plumbing, roofing, doors and related repairs.
• Maintains lighting and replaces bulbs.
• Responds to emergencies and on-call rotations.
