Job summary

You will operate heavy machinery and document activities to meet safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in plumbing/electrical or related fields, a valid driver’s license, and strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, or related area.
• Option 2: four years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no major violations in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities and equipment.
• Inspect, clean, repair, and document wear, repair needs, and replacement requirements.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor coordination with safety and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery following safety procedures and certification requirements.
• Order parts, track inventory, and submit maintenance invoices accurately.
• Identify hazards or equipment malfunctions and take corrective action or escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and meet business priorities.
