Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification with relevant maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in preventive maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment and fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, and repair with documentation of wear and deficiencies.
• Manage work orders, schedules and contractor coordination.
• Operate heavy machinery following safety procedures and certifications.
• Order parts, track purchases, and process warranty claims efficiently.
• Maintain company vehicles and coordinate additional maintenance.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and meet priorities.
