Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment in Ohio is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and building systems. You will inspect and diagnose issues to ensure safe operation and minimal downtime, using our CMMS to manage work orders.

You will maintain facilities, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, support snow/ice control during winter, and work both independently and in teams as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical vocational training required.
• Certifications and further training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose problems related to safe operation of equipment and systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance of conveyors, machinery, equipment, and material handling as directed.
• Complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner using the CMMS/work order system.
• Maintain the serviceability and cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Assist with winter snow and ice control and ensure safe entrances.
