Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support preventive maintenance and facility reliability at our Tucson manufacturing site. You will perform scheduled maintenance on coating and production equipment and assist with service on HVAC, generators, chillers, nitrogen generators, RO water systems, and related process support equipment.

Qualifications

• Associat­e degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout, and fire safety systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant utilities and equipment.
• Coordinate service visits with external vendors and escort contractors onsite.
• Maintain maintenance procedures, SOPs, and work instructions; keep logs and calibration data.
• Update PM schedules and work orders in the maintenance tracking system.
• Assist with developing or updating SOPs and procedures as processes evolve.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations to meet audit and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
