Qualifikationen

• Proficient in use of tools and equipment associated with the trade.
• Possesses electrical, mechanical and plumbing skills.
• Safety knowledge and compliance with PPE requirements.

Aufgaben

• Represents the department as knowledge professional technician and documents progress on work requests.
• Understands and operates major building systems including boiler, chiller, generator, med air/vac pumps, sprinkler system and fire pump.
• Analyses and fixes problems related to building maintenance including lighting, electrical outlets, and plumbing fixtures.
• Prioritizes work, organizes tools and materials, and follows the Plant Operations Priority System.
• Correctly uses appropriate personal protective equipment.
