Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm systems.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete reports as requested.
• Handle plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Back-up for call person in case of emergency and respond timely.
