Job summary

Gathering Place in Tulsa, OK is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep one of Tulsa’s iconic attractions running safely and beautifully. You’ll tackle mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks across playgrounds, buildings, and life safety systems, with a bias toward practical problem solving and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge in facilities maintenance trades including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Ability to solve problems with attention to detail.
• Positive interaction with guests and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills and tool knowledge.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary guest satisfaction by embracing Gathering Place culture.
• Maintain safety for guests and staff by following policies and procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on equipment daily/weekly/monthly.
• Document repairs and inspections using CMMS (TMA).
• Troubleshoot problems independently or with a team as directed.
• Work across playgrounds, buildings, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
