Job summary

The Gathering Place in Tulsa, OK is seeking an entry-level Custodial Maintenance Tech for a part-time role caring for indoor and outdoor park spaces, restrooms, and event areas.

You will operate light cleaning equipment, restock supplies, support park events, and promote safety and guest satisfaction. No prior experience required; training provided; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Park and facility cleaning across the park, restrooms, and conference rooms.
• Operate small or electric vacuums, blowers, and power washers for high cleanliness standards.
• Restock and manage cleaning supplies to maintain quality.
• Provide custodial assistance during park events.
• Report maintenance issues and assist with special cleaning projects.
• Incorporate eco‑friendly practices and work safely.
• Communicate professionally with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
