Job summary

Gathering Place in Tulsa, OK is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our iconic park running safely and beautifully. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to unexpected needs across the park.

You’ll work independently and with leadership, follow safety guidelines, document repairs, and help ensure an exceptional guest experience for visitors daily across varying shifts, including weekends

Qualifications

• Broad maintenance knowledge across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary guest satisfaction by embracing Gathering Place culture.
• Assist leaders and staff to maintain a safe guest environment following all safety guidelines.
• Follow policies to ensure safety, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on assigned equipment (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and inspections using CMMS (TMA).
• Manage work effectively and communicate delays to management.
• Work independently with minimal supervision or in a team.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and PPE usage.
• Maintain professional appearance and interact positively with guests and staff.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• All other duties as assigned.
