Crossroads Turning Points in Pueblo, CO is hiring a compassionate Temporary Custodian (PT or FT) to keep the building and grounds clean in a warm environment. The position includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning, yard work, and light maintenance, with mandatory pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Regularly sweeps, mops, dusts, and vacuums residential units, offices, hallways, stairs, and restrooms, including conference and break rooms.
• Cleans snow and debris from sidewalks, mows lawns, trims hedges, removes weeds, rakes leaves, and disposes of yard waste.
• Performs minor and routine painting and other needed maintenance.
• Helps in remodeling all facilities.
• Notifies supervisor of needed repairs/replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
• Coordinates with the supervisor on supply ordering and restocking

We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Temporary Custodian (PT or FT). The custodian will be responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean.

Please note that all applicants must undergo a pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, as well as a comprehensive background check.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regularly sweeps, mops, dusts, and vacuums residential units, offices, hallways, stairs, and restrooms, including conference and break rooms.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to lift and operate various custodial and maintenance equipment.

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, push shovels, stand on ladders, etc.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, with approximately 25% of duties being conducted outdoors.

Must have the ability to travel to outlying areas as needed.
