Candidates should have a high school degree or equivalent, basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry, and the ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Works with Maintenance Director; keeps building/grounds clean and safe.
• Maintains and repairs basic facility functions as directed.
• Cares for tools and equipment; performs minor repairs on facilities.
• Remains on call for 24 hours; may assume supervisor responsibilities in absence.
