Qualifications

• Ability to communicate via telephone and text messaging systems.
• Must be capable of sending/receiving/reading/responding to emails.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder up to 30’ and willing to work from heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance to facility equipment.
• Coordinate and execute conference/event set-ups.
• Perform exterior maintenance tasks as needed.
• Respond to building emergency matters such as plumbing leaks.
• Inspect mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
