Job summary

Houston Christian University is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role will perform general maintenance, respond to electrical and AC issues, assist with appliance and pool/spa upkeep, and handle lock/key maintenance under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance and Operations.

The position requires multi-tasking, at least 5 years of facilities-related experience, and the ability to drive a golf cart.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform and handle multi-tasks.
• 5 years facilities related prior experience.
• Advanced maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to safely drive a golf cart or similar vehicle.
