Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to service and repair commercial facilities. You will address electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building issues, following safety protocols and using CMMS for work orders.

You’ll participate in preventive maintenance, read blueprints, and support on-call shifts while delivering reliable facility support to clients across sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in building repairs and maintenance preferred.
• General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willing to work occasional on-call shifts and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Responds to service requests across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems.
• Conducts routine preventative maintenance to keep machines and buildings operating smoothly.
• Reads blueprints and plans to determine work requirements and resources.
• Operates plant equipment and building automation systems with safety and compliance.
• Maintains a clean, safe workplace and adheres to PPE and OSHA standards.
• On-call availability as needed and mentoring of other technicians.
