Job summary

Evara Health in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of building maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs to keep our facilities safe and functional.

You will conduct routine inspections, use checklists for preventive maintenance, handle minor repairs, and support upkeep of interior/exterior areas. This role is on-site and requires a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and operate basic tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance using checklists.
• Handle minor repairs such as fixtures, drains, patches, painting, doors, and locks.
• Support facilities upkeep by cleaning areas, moving equipment, and managing supplies.
• Monitor vaccine storage units, assist with contractor oversight, and be on-call for emergencies.
