Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings and related systems in Beavercreek, OH. You will support HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks and respond to priority/emergency requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.
• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair buildings and installed systems.
• Service pumps, valves, controls, electrical and mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment.
• Perform carpentry and snow removal when necessary.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests.
• Inspect for unsafe conditions and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Use building automation systems and mobile devices.
• Follow safety rules and dress code.
