• Ensures safety, security, and fire regulations compliance for facilities
• Makes recommendations for major repairs and purchases to supervisor
• Performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and basic repairs as needed
• Cleans external areas and maintains grounds; completes maintenance logs and incident reports
• Keeps workplace clean and safe; available on-call in evenings and weekends for emergencies
