Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to five years of general maintenance experience.
• Licenses, certifications, and a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to read and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Experience in building trades is preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and basic business software.

Responsibilities

• Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems.
• Performs routine painting, carpentry work and general maintenance to keep facilities in like-new condition.
• Repairs and maintenance of walls, floors, doors and touch-up painting as needed.
• Performs minor electrical maintenance as allowed by state law.
• Completes service inspections and asset inspections as needed.
• Uses tablet/phone to access and complete work orders and submit reports.
• Obtains materials and supplies to complete tasks.
• Maintains communication with the client and internal support teams.
• Complies with safety training and company policies.
