Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our Regional Headquarters and nearby locations in the Pittsburgh area. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, monitor vendor services, and help with security, event setup, and fleet logistics.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in building or facilities maintenance, OSHA knowledge, and hands-on HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications. A valid driver’s license and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of building maintenance, construction, facilities maintenance, or related experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to urgent facility needs.
• Technical training or certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, painting, and structural repairs.
• Monitor services provided by vendors (housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, HVAC).
• Coordinate and assist with shipments and deliveries.
• Support building security operations (ID badges, access control).
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels and stock reports.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and keep grounds clean and safe.
• Procure maintenance supplies from local vendors as needed.
• Coordinate transportation of company vehicles for repairs and maintenance.
• Respond to facility issues and emergencies promptly.
