Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our Regional Headquarters and branch locations. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems while coordinating with vendors and ensuring security and safety across facilities.

  • 4–6 years in building/construction/facilities maintenance or related experience.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to urgent facility needs.
  • Technical training or certifications in HVAC, electrical or plumbing.
  • Experience working with vendors and contractors.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, painting, structural repairs and grounds maintenance.
  • Monitor services provided by vendors (housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, HVAC).
  • Coordinate and assist with incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries.
  • Support building security operations including ID badge creation and access control management.
  • Set up meeting rooms and event spaces to meet business needs.
  • Maintain inventory levels and stock reports.
  • Assist with unloading deliveries and keeping grounds clean and safe.
  • Obtain maintenance supplies from local vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate transportation of company vehicles for repairs and maintenance.
  • Respond to facility issues and emergencies in a timely manner.
