Job summary

One Community Health Sacramento is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our multiple clinics across Sacramento. You will travel between Midtown, Carmichael, and Arden locations performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety tasks to keep facilities safe and functional.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and coordinating with vendors. The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds, ladder work, and a valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to travel between clinic locations.
• Working knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Travel between clinic sites to perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and proper working order of common areas and exterior grounds.
• Perform interior and exterior painting and graffiti removal.
• Conduct routine plumbing maintenance and coordinate vendor support for larger repairs.
• Perform light construction and facility repairs and install or replace building signage.
• Complete electrical and lighting maintenance tasks and ensure emergency lighting is operational.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with HVAC, alarm, plumbing, elevator, and other vendors.
• Maintain facility records, maintenance logs, and related documentation.
