AltaMed is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform a variety of general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall patching. The role requires driving a company van to different sites to complete maintenance projects and to ensure the upkeep of building structures.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of related maintenance experience, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related maintenance experience.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall patching.
• Drives company van to various sites to perform maintenance tasks.
• Maintains building structures and ensures upkeep according to safety standards.
