Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily hands-on maintenance and repairs on-site in Exton, PA. The role offers a stable schedule and growth opportunities within a mission-driven nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges.

You will fix carpentry, drywall, painting tasks, appliances, tiles, and fixtures, while completing work orders, addressing maintenance requests, and identifying safety hazards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
