Job summary

FOREST HOME CHRISTIAN CAMPS seeks a reliable maintenance technician to service and repair buildings and infrastructure on site. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect systems, and manage work orders using a CMMS while ensuring safety and compliance across facilities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–5 years of related experience, and the ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment; valid California Class B with HazMat may be required by some roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS software a must.
• Skilled in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance across facilities and infrastructure.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and track requests.
• Inspect buildings and equipment for safety and reliability.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and implement improvements.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and carpentry issues as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and after-hours tasks as assigned.
