Job summary

Seminole Casino Coconut Creek is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform and oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs and general facilities maintenance. You will handle service calls, document work orders, and maintain safety and compliance in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical certificate plus 3–5 years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience, with the ability to read schematics and adapt to a flexible schedule including nights

Responsibilities

• Responds to maintenance service calls in a timely manner.
• Fills out maintenance request forms when task is complete and submits to the Maintenance Shift Supervisor.
• General repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other guest and facilities work requests.
• Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Performs all other related and compatible/non-compatible duties as assigned.
