Qualifications

• Experience maintaining facilities systems incl. HVAC, plumbing, electrical.

Responsibilities

• Read SOPs and technical docs and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Operate and monitor building management systems and alarms.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance activities and work orders.
• Perform daily facility equipment checks and PPE compliance.
• Attend team meetings and communicate operational information.
