Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, air handlers, plumbing, lighting, and fire systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of equipment, systems, and/or facilities without supervision.
• Document all maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Report process deviations when they occur.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and certification in a skilled trade
