Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and perform general cleanup of common areas.
• Move furniture, appliances, and unload materials as needed.
• Prepare units for occupancy and assist higher classified staff with duties.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment; perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Use basic tools to perform digging, painting, landscaping, and site setup tasks.
