Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, carpentry, and building repairs as needed.
• Prepare surfaces for finishing and repair cracks/holes.
• Move equipment and furniture; assist with grounds-keeping and housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with snow and ice removal and standard maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures and operate tools and equipment safely.
