• Education/Experience: Equivalent combination of 2 years of education and experience after completion of high school.

Responsibilities

• Performs general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance to keep facilities in safe working order.
• Duties include changing light bulbs, ballast and electrical fixtures; disassembling, cleaning and replacing worn parts on mechanical equipment.
• Lubricating moving parts; replacing filters, worn belts and other parts; repairing plumbing fixtures.
