Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliable, prompt attendance is required.
• Minimum six months housekeeping/light maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record when specified.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and general cleaning.
• Replace light bulbs, clean vents, and replenish towels and tissue dispensers.
• Load/unload furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Assist in special maintenance projects and in grounds care (mowing, trimming, watering).
• Maintain safe walkways and respond to staffing adjustments.
• Work weekend/after-hours as needed and follow company policies.
