Qualifications

• Graduation from High School or GED certificate.
• Two years' experience in commercial building equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical fundamentals.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver's license.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and calculate time/material estimates.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains building equipment and machinery.
• Performs basic plumbing troubleshooting tasks including fixture repairs and replacements.
• Assists in construction, remodeling and renovation work.
• Performs basic carpentry, concrete and masonry repairs.
• Repairs laundry and kitchen fixtures and appliances.
• Records readings from gauges and reports discrepancies.
• Observes and reports security problems to proper authorities.
