Job summary

Responsibilities include routine operation of building systems, keeping maintenance records, inspecting HVAC components, removing snow, and supporting safety procedures. The role requires physical labor, ability to work shifts, and collaboration with supervisory staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, heating, or carpentry preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor a full shift and occasionally more than 8 hours.
• Ability to follow safety policies and operate common office equipment.
• Good organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of facilities equipment and systems.
• Provide routine operation and inspection of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance, filters, and repairs.
• Inspect and service HVAC components and belts.
• Maintain clean and safe mechanical spaces.
• Report hazards and abnormalities to supervisor.
• May perform snow removal and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
