Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our facility running smoothly. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and respond to maintenance requests.

The role requires hands-on skills with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance; clean, lubricate equipment, replace filters, and inspect systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
