Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical maintenance/repair.
• Ability to perform semi-skilled maintenance tasks across trades.
• Ability to operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in building maintenance tasks (carpentry, painting, plumbing, heating, electrical, mechanical).
• Assist in operating and minor repairing heating/cooling units.
• Repair electrical fixtures and related equipment; install doors, windows, or ceilings as needed.
• Perform plumbing repairs on valves, pipes, drains, sinks, toilets, faucets.
• Handle tiling, roofing, and fencing tasks as required.
• Operate power and hand tools; may use welding or cutting equipment.
