Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience in building maintenance.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and heating/AC systems.

• Repairs and maintains structures and equipment at County facilities.
• Performs plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and basic mechanical work.
• Inspects systems for defects and performs routine preventative maintenance.
• Operates a variety of vehicles and equipment.
