• Perform general painting, surface preparation, and finish work as needed.
• Operate woodworking and finishing equipment including saws, joiners, and lathes.
• Follow safety protocols and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, inventory, and material requisitions.
• Work with facilities teams at all hospital locations.
• Travel to KPC hospitals as required.

SUMMARY

The Facilities Maintenance Technician I is responsible for constructing, repairing, painting, and maintaining structures, furniture, and finishes across all KPC Health hospital campuses. • Travel to KPC hospitals as required.
