Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Proficient with iOS devices.
• Must be able to work in a variety of climates for all seasons, including high heat and temps below freezing.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform all repairs, maintenance, and replacement of parts for preventative maintenance.
• Continually assess the preventative maintenance schedule to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency.
• Operate equipment including movers, trimmers, snow blower, vacuums, power washers.
• Operate heavy machinery such as tractors, bobcat, and skid steer.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor during shifts.
