Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Description

Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, Aurora, CO

Department: Engineering Services AIP

FTE: Full Time, 1.0 (80 hours per pay period)

Shift: 1st Shift, Sunday-Wednesday

Pay: $20.87 - $27.13/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain facilities, equipment, systems, and utilities as assigned to ensure safety and functionality.
• Access various areas such as roofs, basements, equipment rooms, and tunnels regularly.
• Respond to facility emergencies, including fire control and flooding, to minimize disruption and damage.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, flooring, and more.
• Obtain and deliver supplies, perform custodial services, snow removal, and assist with moving equipment.
• Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment.
